So, I was taking the tank off again to work on Flick yesterday. I think he took exception to me chiping a small piece of paint on the tank when working on him Saturday. I prop the tank up with an old MC battery to turn off the fuel petcock then take off the hoses. I guess I wiggled the tank just right and it fell on my right forearm  It was only about 3-4 inches but the edge hit right on my radial bone. It put a 1/4" indention in my arm that finally went away after 12 hours. There is a bit of a lump there and rotation really hurts today but no bruising. I kinda ran it by the RN today when I was picking up a paper for school. I think that we have dealt with so much worse stuff that we tend to ignore the smaller things. She said "with all you've been through this is nothing not like the bone is sticking out". We both laughed and I headed out but operating the throttle today also hurt. Is it possible that I may have a hairline fracture and not bruise?

Probably a bruised muscle or tendon. I've banged myself up a few times. Hurts, but will go away in a couple days then you get a beautiful bruise.

I think Flick likes Gladiator garage stuff. Its a guy thing. Maybe he was telling you to learn to appreciate Gladiator?
Did he get his new petcock and LEDs? Maybe he's telling you he wants more attention.

Yeah, saw my PM doc today and she thought it was  tendon damage. She said give it a week or so if no better at follow up we would treat more aggresively right now just RICE.
