I am looking to replace my stock petcock.
Could you please let me know what kind of petcock you have pictured?
That looks to be what I need.

Great build by the way! Have really enjoyed the progress, very inspiring.

I finally had a chance to mess with the bike again.  It was running perfectly off of my rigged up gas bottle.  Now that the tank and gas lines are hooked up properly it won't run well.  It's getting gas now.  It will start on choke, but it idles high.  When I knock the chock back it dies.  It won't start off choke.  It was running fine before, nothing has changed with the carb settings so it should run the same now.  I can't wait to finish the shed so I can spend more time working on it!  Right now I run out of light after work pretty quickly and working by flashlight is impossible!! :2guns:  Maybe I'll just wait until we finish the shed so I'll have a proper work environment.

Trying to get an idea of what the headlight will look like.  I am planning on having a custom top triple made to bolt the light too.  This picture shows what it would look like bolted straight to the top triple.  I think it looks a little high, so I may need to have the top triple machined with a drop on the front for the mounting.

Top triple is being designed as we speak.  I'm trying to decide what to use for gauges now.

This is to humbly suggest that sweet headlight be mounted 3-2" lower. Really give that bike the hunkered-down-getting-to-business look. Great build all around though, seriously.

The headlight will be lower than shown in the las pic.  I can't wait to see what the machinist comes up with for the triple!

I am considering the danmoto gauges.  I've read decent reviews.  Seems like the biggest problem is the wiring diagram that comes with the gauge isn't always correctly labled.  So it takes some guess work as to what wires go where.

Looks great man.  Can't wait to see the final product.
If you can feel the wind in your hair... you need to put a helmet on.

Big high 5 to Mike (dbdesigns on customfighters.com) for making this top triple clamp with vrod headlight mount.  I can't wait to mount it on the bike.  Unfortuunately I have moved recently and the bike is still stored at my brothers house so it will be a week or two before I can mount this on the bike to see how it looks.
