  I wanna get this ignition switch cuz somebody stole my bike and broke it and anyways i found the bike, and yah...

IT says it fits these bikes:FITS 96-98 GSF600 ST/SV/SW BANDIT, 1997 GSXR-600 V, 94-95 GSXR 750 WR/WS, 96-97 GSXR750 T/V, 1997 TL1000 SV, 95-98 GSXR 1100 WS/WT/WV/WW, 97-98 GSF12000 SV/SAV/SW/SAW BANDIT..

should it fit a 94 gs500?  Thanks

It should, but if the GS isn't listed you're taking a chance. The only thing that would make me question it is that these bikes are all post '95, which is about the time suzuki made major changes to some of their bikes. The ignition on my bike is actually for a '93 GSX-R according to the catalog, and it works fine. The plug may have changed on the later models though...not sure.

B6 is different... Screws are in the top side and wont fit in the GS's triple.
