Question on upgrading E to F clocks

You will need the signal generator (rotor and pickup) as well if using an 04+ ignition unit.
Using 04+ carbs as well? I thought they had a TPS, the ICU may need it. 
Common sense in not very common.

Yeah I was thinking 04+ carbs later down the road. Im just collecting parts right now. My bike is currently stripped to the frame for paint soon. I gotta check with Budded as I think he said the TPS wasn't needed but I might have misread
