24 x 60 x 60 = seconds in a day =86400
now 86400/45 (seconds between post min) =1920 posts

or look at it this way
1000 posts x 45 seconds = 45000
45000 seconds / 60 = minutes
= 750
750/60 = hours
=12.5 hours
12.5/24 = days
= 0.52083333333 days

yes indeed. i had gotten into a MAJOR postwhorage barrage wiht davipu here. most were 1 character posts. no timer at that point in gstwin history. pc was fast enough i could hotkey everythign. one to open page, hit reply, type somehting. and hit alt+ s ( post/submit )TBH i think that major postwhorage war, WAS/IS the reason we have that 45sec rule now 

if i didnt have tafe in the morning id see about doing 1000 posts by tommorrow lol

Ohhh dear GOD, shoulda kept my mouth shut. now the timer will go from 45 seconds to 2 minutes or something.
Besides, our resident postwhoress pandy got 10k in one night. SERIOUSLY. Coulda been a mod manipulation of post counts, but ehhhh ask her about it

Yea that is truly shocking. I remember that all of a sudden I lost my #1 post count. Not that I cared, but that was back when I was around 10K, and the next person was somewhere in the 2-3K and all of a sudden I got passed.
I have never posted just to post though. I try to make sense, or rant, or stuff like that, no posting to just get the count up.
