Do you tighten the mixture screws ALL the way down? than turn them out? or do you place them in an tighten them down? I know its 3 turns. but I don't know from where.

i'm 95% sure of what yer asking, but had to reread a few times haha

the number of mixture screw turns are turns out from the tightened position. no need to crank the screw down crazy tight just snug it and do X number of turns out.
if yer binders ain't squeakin, you ain't tweakin!

Yup thats it! Thanks, I adjusted them, Also got my float needle unstuck.. How'd it get stuck after I just CLEANED them? Idk. but I had to quickly do it, IT was getting dark, plus about to rain any min. Luckly I got everything worked out before IT rained. just hope it doesn't do it again, and I wake up tomorrow with a puddle of gas under my bike.. or It finally works out for me, the bike turns over, Purs. Doesn't die.. ya know, but im sure i'll wake up to a puddle of gas....

If your bike is running lean, do you turn the mixture screws, out or in? LOL its barely running lean, but idles to high sometimes and the pipes will turn a little tint of orange. Also, My RPM's keep coming up? Like I rev the engine, it goes up and stops around 3k rpm and sits there, but if I turn the idle screw back like 1 click, than back forward it goes back down to 1,200. What causes this? ? ? ? if you want a video I took 1 last night.

you shouldn't have to turn out the mixture screw anymore than that. if you do then you should be looking to adjust the pilot jet...or so i've been told.

Many variables affect mixture, there is no one "right" adjustment.  Think of the mixture screw as a fine adjustment, it won't compensate for improper jetting.  3 turns out is a baseline; some need a little more, some a little less.  If after tweaking that adjustment you are still running rich or lean it is time to mess with jetting.
