So,

I felt like krap today and was heading into my doctor's office. I pulled in propery between the lines. The woman next to apparently could not do this simple task so her car was close to the BF's truck. Instead of watching what she is doing she just flings the door open right into the truck with me still in it! I'm like WTF but she doesn't even give me eye contact or check to see if she had damaged it. So, I hop out of the truck (is a stick shift) to check the damage before she left. I apply the emergency brakes and thought I had put it in gear. As I am getting out the truck starts rolling  . My thought was stop it! As I was turning around the rear tire nails my bad ankle. The adrenaline is pumping so I didn't feel it got the truck stopped without hitting a car. The woman didn't even stop she kept pulling out while my truck was running me over and gave me nasty look because my truck rolled in her way. At this point I use the pedal  Pain! I limp into the docs office she ordered an X-ray I guess it is okay no call back. But, it is swollen 

If it would have been my car I wouldn't have cared but it is not mine. But, why can't people care!

I've been trying to figure out some kind of "get even" thing. Like, oh, I don't know, brake fluid on their car. I'd love something I could toss from the bike but without getting other vehicles. Hmmm.

Silver never seez works great. I once put some on the bottom draws of a fellow workers tool box and man does it make a mess. Comes off after you wipe all of it up, but the more you touch it the more it spreads every where. ou can find it at any local auto parts store and it is used on bolts and nuts that you don't want to corrode or seez up. Really you should have some for your bike anyway. Have fun 

Mister...that's a little vindictive... ...instant paint job requirement...they would have to really p!ss me off for that one...might as well just have some paint bombs...water balloons with paint in them...I'm sure if you were caught, you could get charged...

2 things I really hate:

1. People who park on the wrong side of the street. I pull to the right to let them pass then they pull in front of me to park. Wish I was in a Hummer and could hit them head on and THEY get a ticket for being on the wrong side of the street.

2. Young women on cell phones who appear lost are are getting directions or talking about the latest nude scene of Ashton K on 2.5 Men. They don't see anything. Needs that bad boy horn to wake them up. (Yes - it seems to be mostly young women and the statistics support that. Not sexist - just a statement of fact.)

Fortunately we're pretty bike friendly here in the PNW. Wearing my helmet in a store starts more conversations about bikes than I ever imagined. I guess our weather is so crappy for riding, that we spend more time talking about bikes than riding.

Yeah, I know what it is, just wondering how that is anything other than "Oh, my handle has vaso on it" and they move on. Not like it'll prevent them opening the door or anything.

@Maddy... almost killing you is reason plenty to spray some brake fluid on their paint. Not vindictive at all when your life is put at risk for something trivial like... trying to text a stupid thing to a buddy or whatever.

Miniature horse spike as used in WWI would be great for under tires in the parking lot. Or snip of TWO valve stems with a pair of side cutters - people only carry one spare. That way, you haven't damaged their car and all they need is a cheap valve stem - all about inconvenience. Make sure to leave a note...

Yeah, it still hurts! I can't get in to a podiatrist until the 28th. Has already cost me a couple of days of work an looks like more! I am so bummed.

what about ED then?

All, they would do if give me a set of crutches they normally don't have podiatrist on call in the ED. It's feeling somewhat better after taking a few days and resting. The x-ray did find a suspicious growth in my talus. No idea what it could be

a spur perhaps? hell i ran the palm of my hand into hte asphalt hard last tuesday. ( a week ago tomorrow) have it bandaged up tight. full range of motion, so thats good, doenst hurt bad if bandaged up. hurts like hell wiht it off lmao. i did it after goofing off on my goped. i wheelied this pig lol
