I have a 2004 F.  It magically appeared and fell out while I was taking out my engine.  I've been looking at the parts diagrams but can't seem to identify this guy. 

probably one of the spacers from one of the motor mounts.

not sure but def the first place to check.

Turns out it's the spacer for the exhaust pipe silencer mounting bolt.  Thanks!
