Rearsets question (dragging on the track)

I have some CFM rearsets that i am about to put on, and there are already some jack up plates on there that raise the rearsets about and inch up and back. should i take the jack up plates off, will there be enough clearance with just the CFMs? Or does it depend on how fast (well, unfortunately in this case, slow) I am?

its got a 150 in the rear (michelin pilot race) and it has a GSXR shock in the back.

from what i have heard you should have no problem at all with ground clearance. my best guess would be to take off the jack up plates.
going fast isnt the problem, its the crashing and burning that hurts

Just use the CFM rearsets. Depends on your riding style if you will drag pegs or not. I hang off the bike a lot so it may be a little while before my pegs hit. I have a set of plates to raise them just in case, since the previous owner of the bike was dragging the pegs.
Common sense in not very common.

I've got CFM rearsets for a CBR900 on my bike. I actually dragged my boot for the first time last night - scuffed the outer left sole. A bit of a disconcerting feeling!! It's gonna take me a little while to get used to it. With the stock tires and suspension I don't think I'd ever come close to that before. The bike turns in quicker and sticks now. Fun!!

thanks for the advice. just gonna use the cfms and if i start draggin stuff i will worry about it later. bike looks like shaZam!, but it sure has nice rearsets and clipons (vortex)    i guess the parts i touch are most important ;)
