That would be gold as a complete set with tank. Got just the bike for it.
He's going to paint that tank? There are plenty of painters so why ruin a good OEM tank when you have the complete set?
I have a project bike I could have put it all on.
Without the tank, everything else is just junk you have to paint to match your tank.

Without a doubt.  That's the color I'm going to end up painting PITA if I can ever get her running right.

What I would want to know is why the belly pan, fairing, and tank are all heavily faded whereas the tail plastics are nice and shiny.

Unfortunately, it's likely the bike has been sitting for a long time in the sun and/or rain.

Edit: Or at least, the plastics and tank have been. Either that, or they were painted from a different color and not done right. Either way, even WITH the tank, you'd have to re-paint it because it obviously doesn't match any color of GS500 anywhere. Take a look at the pic in my sig...that's what color those fairings should be. 

alright boys. yes the bike is heavily faded but it is all original paint, you should see the tank where the seat meets it, bright orange where it hasnt been under the sun but the rest of it is faded. the bike is old, its got 42k on it, needs paint and frankly the only original piece im using is my tank, and no you cannot have it unless your trading me for a new gen.

The point I was trying to make is it's going to need to be re-painted one way or another, so, they might as well be Kawasaki green. Unless, of course, someone doesn't care what color they are and just need parts or if they're intrepid painters.

I just hope that you're taking the fact that it'll need repainting into consideration when pricing.

I never set any price on anything, in fact i said "make me an offer" because i want them out of my garage. Yes i would like to make a little money before i lose my ass in shipping to all of you who want a package deal for $100 and expect me to pick up the 50 bucks in shipping/insurance.

If its all faded, then OK. You may repaint it.
I'm not used to seeing sun faded parts. We don't get much sun here in the PNW.

yeah Im not too fluent on shipping costs of things.

We had no agreement, you never responded to my texts. First serious offer gets the parts, bottom line.

OK, it was very confusing. I wasn't able to get back with you because I was at work, then I got on the thread and saw the post by tombstone so I thought he and you had a deal. Tomb later PM me with his details of what happen.

For me at this point I do not want to steal anyone deal. If it was me and I had an agreement with a member and he said he was going to pay this Friday, I would honor that commitment for them and hold it. It seems Tomb really wants these fairings so please hold them for him and let him pay you tomorrow.

God when did we as people get so not willing to work with others. Understand I am not ripping you WT500 just can't understand the way life has become.

This past pay, im almost broke because i pretty much paid ALL my bills up

but i also got my W2s yesterday and would have that $$ Weds but I still have to wait on my pension tax info from my works previous owners.

from what I've seen, it seems to be first come first serve if there is an agreement on pricing or trading.

his parts tho, can do what he wants with them.

but yes, they would Really visually complete my bike 100%.
wouldnt be anything else I would want to add to my bike after that. (visually)

Just got a text msg from my roommate that hes movin out by the end of Feb...
Which pretty much means I have to as well.
as the place isnt worth staying there solo.
Its not worth the rent.

So now I have to save up every single penny I have and hope my income tax gets to be filed and paid out by the end of next month.
Because now all I have has to go towards moving ><

So I have to withdraw my offer, I apologize.
As always, I have no dang choice in the matter...
