So, I was riding to work yesterday had my playmate cooler attached to the top of my tail pack. Apparently, my new dollar tree bungy cord did not hold enough compression and my LB popped out the side still attached. I felt a big bump rear wheel went a few inches up. I was like WTF was that :icon_question: Thought something was wrong with the rebuilt top end since it was the first real day of letting Flick loose was going around 85 running a little late and the 417 was devoid of people.

Here is the lunch box  :o

My Marie Callender country fried steak

And Flick got a nice drink of tea. He will get a bath on Thursday

As soon as I saw the LB I wasn't upset over my lunch I was thanking God I was alive!

Twisted

You haven' put on weight have you Mary? He might be trying to tell you something  :icon_lol:

Toogoofy317

Ouch Twisted that hurt! Just so you know since last March I've gone from 216lbs to 178lbs  :flipoff: Just got to get the last 23lbs off.
But, it seems to be the hardest I've hit the dreaded plateau. I've got to find an exercise partner. My cardiologist doesn't want me cycling alone after my last cycling incident where I passed out on a busy street in August. No one called to help only thing that saved me? The GPS on my cell phone turns out I was a block from the hospital with a guy mowing his grass less than a hundred feet away  :bs:

Your right though country fried chicken isn't the best option out there. My co-worker ended up getting me an oven roasted chicken sub at Sub-Way. Was probably better for me anyhow. But, I didn't have my decaf green tea that night  :icon_neutral:

I should know better than to joke about a woman's weight

Worm

Glad you're ok and congrats on the weight loss! Beginning on 2010 I was 270-280lbs, I hang right around 190-195lbs now. Running works great for shedding the weight but my legs hate me anymore!
