Would this cause my previous engines oil leak?

While I was swapping the oil filter studs I snapped on the new motor, I noticed a bolt loose inside the oil filter location.
which actually appears to be directly below the inner rods the engine slides down on.

its the left one

My crazy luck... im actually almost certain I found the cause of the leak.

So I def plan to still buy all new copper washers, bolts, and now some extra oil filter cover studs.
But then still put it aside as a "Hopefully" extra running engine.

I say my crazy luck because, its just my luck I would notice this AFTER I blew so much money going to Pitt and getting another engine.

(edit)
sorry minds all over the place as always..... TOO many problems at once. hahaha

It WAS looser, I tightened it by hand most of the way then stopped so I can take a pic.

Should be one of the bolts holding the cases together........

Wow.......I guess that makes sense since the bottom end is in upper and lower halves.....Not left and right like on a thumper.
