They're all looking at the ground when doing the cones??? All I can here when watching that is my instructor yelling "Vision up! Look where you want to go!!!"

Just think.  All those folks who passed the test now have a motorcycle endorsement on their licence so when they travel abroad they can rent a motorcycle.  I may have seen some of them on our streets already.
