Good Form!

The other day I was sitting at the red light (dying from heat was 90) and I look over at the other car. There was a little boy with down syndrome and he was looking at the bike with wide eyes. So, I waved back he got really excited. His mom yelled out "his dad had a blue bike before he died and you remind him of him". I revved the engine a little he really got a kick out of that, then I tooted my horn a little (139db so I couldn't go full on) and he was just estatic! It just amazed me as I rode off that the simple fact that I noticed someone else totally made their day.

I love waving back at kids and sounding the horn. They just light up. Kind of like when you were a kid and could pump your fist up and down and make a semi truck driver sound his massive horn!! Aaahhh, those were the days.  :D

The only time I get comments from people saying I don't look like a biker is those who expect ponytails, tatoos, and beards.  When riding I look like a stocky Power Ranger in black.  I guess that's biker enough for most folks.

Respect the bike and the biker... show/copy  the original, with its full non-lossy quality of his excellent form ;)
(not img-tagging this one though, to avoid abusing that rather cool BSA bike forum's bandwidth)

If anyone speaks german, would be fun if you asked them the history of that image.
