PM me your email and I'll send you the original.

Cosimo_Zaretti

So does the Sydney opera house count as an icon or what?  If not Adidasguy needs to set a challenge for getting the Seattle phallus.

Nice 185 suzuki btw.  I think that was my dad's first bike, although he put sports bike rubber on it and used it for urban hooliganism long before anyone coined the term motard.

mister

Of course the Opera House counts.

So next challenge is a flood depth sign. These things are everywhere. Should be no probs getting it for someone.

Hokie bird works LOL! Although it is a bit "hoakie" budum bum. but, yeah Bomb I'd love to see a few days to see it too. We have other wierd "icon" that make Kissimmee Kissimmee! Like the big sign that has a cow on it! Can you believe our city seal has a cow in the middle. Guess you can call us a literal "cow town"

Mary

Cows in Florida?  That's new to me.  I wouldn't be surprised if it were Wisconsin...but Florida?

Here it is!

And yeah I think the Sydney opera house is an icon in epic proportions!

What about a place that does bingo but isn't an actual hall? The fire department has a sign for it.

Yeah. Anywhere that does Bingo - as long as there is a sign advertising such.

Here is my bike at the American Legion Post 90 in Statesboro, GA.

As the sign says they do bingo every Tuesday at 7.

Next Challenge: Your bike next to a pool. Bonus if you can get a no diving sign.

comradeiggy

Extra bonus if in the pool?

codajastal

I am not interested in anything you have to say
Don't bother talking to me, I will not answer you

Here is my bike by my swimming pool in Ohio.

Next Challenge: your bike by a dump truck.

adidasguy

#3031
I have dump truck will post soon on ferry boat home.

OK - here it is. Suzi, Zute72's GS and Yamaha 200. We latched onto a new friend who is now an associate member of the West Seattle GS500 Club ("associate" because he doesn't have a GS500) on our day riding around Vashon Island. Saw the dirt bike go by. Yelled to Zute "Bike! Follow it!" After a while he stopped to take pictures from a beach spot and we stopped, made friends. Rode as 3 for the rest of the day and took him to the Bike Cave after the ferry ride back to West Seattle.

Bonus points? 3 bikes, 3 dump trucks and a dog.  :woohoo:

MORE BONUS POINTS! The bikes and trucks match in color and are lined up in the same order: Yellow, White and Blue!

So this is a tripple win by adidasguy, zute72 and our associate member - call him CG-yamaha for now. His bike is called "Sparky"

Next:
Anything Coast Guard. Can be a boat, helicopter, sign, light house, car with coast guard parking sticker, a coast guard person. ANYTHING coast guard (no Army, Navy, marines, Airforce, etc.  We do this to honor our new GS500 Club associate member who is a proud member of the US Coast Guard.

If your country does not have a "Coast Guard" it can be whatever your equivalent service is.

In Aust we don't have a Federal Coast Guard as such. We have... Volunteer Coast Guard (VCG) organisations and Volunteer Sea Rescue (VSR) organisations. In some states they have merged in others they have not. Where the VCG are the VSR are not and visa versa. For instance, Manly in Brisbane has the VCG while Raby Bay in Brisbane has the VSR. The Manly group takes care of the northern part of Moreton bay while the Raby Bay group takes care of the Southern part of Moreton Bay until it extends towards the Gold Coast where the Gold Coast VCG takes over.

The actual patrolling with powers is done with Water Police and Australian navy - both of which frown upon people taking photos of their establishments.
