Which Shock R6 or Katana?

I have read and researched this forum about shock upgrades. Got on eBay and have an opportunity to get either a Kantana or R6 shock for $65 shipped. I'm 6' and 300+ lbs. Any recommendations?

The r6 gives you more adjustability but you would most Definetly need to upgrade your spring, for you a better bolt on and go option might be the katana

thanks, but the $50 shipping is a bit much for me to swallow.  i am still watching a few.

i'm selling a slightly more roughed up r6 shock, doesn't have the sleeve and bolt, but i'll do $60 shipped.

yeah, that is why I am looking for one that comes with the linkage.  The total for the bolt, nut, washers, and the sleeve was around $35 shipped from Bikebandit.......
