Not to be a duck but that was nothing overly special (though having a cone course is a bit different), go to a local stunt show and you will see multiple guys do that with a stunt bike.

Get a cheap stunt bike and practice     Old f4i's and 636's are popular options.  I'm seeing more and more guys on supermotos on the Baltimore stunt scene.
