Help please!! I am fixing my throttle plastic piece discussed below in a thread

I did electrical tape and re tightened the screws.

But now the bike holds revs for way too long.. If I rev it quickly it takes like 3 seconds before going back down to normal neutral r p m rev.

W T F. Help pls. Can't ride till I fix this.

make sure that you didnt get some of the tape where the thottle tube goes so it might be hanging up, or the choke might be open.
