Up for sale is my 93' GS500 with an 06' motor.  The motor has approx. 600 miles on it and has the oil cooler update.  I'll try to list all the upgrades below.

-   Progressive front springs

-   Advanced ignition rotor

-   Aluminum ignition cover
-   15 tooth front sprocket ( stock 16T included with sale)
-   Suburban Machinery style bars (by Buddha)
-   Buell front / rear turnsignals with electronic flasher
-   06' New style gauges with electric tachometer
-   Goodrich stainless front brake line
-   Honda CRF fuel petcock (ON/OFF/RES) no need for vacuum
-   Hella Angel Eyes w/PIAA switch. Each light is setup to operate independently of each other.  Wired with dual relays for max output
-   Like New battery less than 1year old with no use as was awaiting donor engine.  Always kept on battery tender
-   Carbs cleaned and sync'd (40 pilot/ 125 main/ 1 washer).  Oil just changed.  Valves checked & in spec .

Yeah, it went pretty quick.  Local buyer that lives about 1 mile from me.  He got a good bike, sorry to see it go.

Well, the buyer contacted me today and thinks he may have gotten too much bike. He's a new rider and I recommended an MSF course to him. So just to let you know it may be back up for sale.  Not by me of course as the title was already signed and in his name.  So if anyone is or was interested in this bike please let me know by PM and I'll pass on the seller's info.  Again, it's not my bike anymore and I don't wan't to get into the middle of any transaction.  Just trying to help the seller get the word out.

Tell him to take the course before he even tries to sell it.
and then see how he feels after some parking lot practice.

and if he really thinks its too much.

as I recall almost wreckin my bike when I was initially bringing it home!!
Gave it too much throttle, freaked out, luckily let Off the throttle and went up the sidewalk in between a street sign and a Giant bush!

I can see how someone with zero motorcycle experience and little-to-no stick-shift experience could perceive the GS as "too much".

With some very remedial skill and practice, it's easy to handle the GS. The good thing is that he's more likely to stall it than flip it over backwards unless he's a complete imbecile.

Thanks, the bike is pretty nice.  Gave a slight discount but was very close to asking price.

Bike has been relisted by new owner.  Price drop!

Per ATLRIDER, he bought it at a (minor) discount, and then decided it was too much bike.
