Only when I had stock jets. Was on 24 once in Tennessee in the hills. That was the only time it struggled. Once I rejetted and out a lunchbox on it, works better.

I will say that the first week I got it, it was windy and yes, I was all over the road. Within a week I adjusted my riding position and was good to go. I have an 09 with the plastics.

Any bike with a full fairing will be blown around more than a naked bike in a crosswind.
