from what i understand, it's  something doing with taking old vintage bikes, "souping them up", and bringing them more up to date and adding power, while still keeping most of the vintage look.

my friend is really into it

When I was doing it on a Triumph Tiger Cub, wishing it was bigger, faster etc,. the concept was simple, "Last one to the Black-Cat pays" hence the name. There are still a few people knocking them out nowadays, the U.S. Norton commando, Royal Enfields and even a re-born BSA. An Italian outfit at www.borile.it trade solely on the concept.

In Cricket the testicular guard, or Box, was introduced in 1874. The helmet was introduced in 1974. Is there a message??
