Picked up a 2008 Yamaha Fz-6 yesterday with 22xx miles on the clock. Very clean and sounds so sweet!!!
My GS is for sale (no space for two). See my ad if interested.

Congrats on the new ride! Love the Fz6.

By the way, find the fz6 forum yet? They're a great group, too.

Beautiful bike.  As a former FZ6 owner, let me tell you about one of their shortcomings.  They don't take 45MPH crashes into guardrail posts very well.

That stinks. Hopefully mine won't have an ending like that....I love just even looking at the thing parked.  I think the FZ6 is one of the most beautiful bikes on the market today.

Have you considered upgrading your guardrail posts to be FZ6 compliant? Since clearly, this cant be a problem with the bike.
