Tomorrow is going to be bath day and I'm still trying to figure out a name for the new car. Was thinking maybe Quark he seems a little quirky? I  :dunno_black:  Everyone says he is really "cute" but again  :dunno_black:

I guess putting my two guys together will give more of an idea tomorrow!

"Chopp" - Its my favorite nick name for a small car - its a tamil word for the little toys for kids, like the tiny little tea set for girls etc ...
Now The marati word for that same thing is "Bathukli" ...

Or to put it in modern american terms - how about "tonka"

I like Chopp and Tonka. But, I know a lot of people call it Tonka. So, anyone else?

I'm surprised no one else has said these yet, considering we're talking about a sidekick for Flick...Ralphie or Schwartz. Of course, I'm referencing a movie that was made before many of our board members were born...

Yesterday I was needing to accelerate pretty quickly and found myself saying "c'mon little blue you can do this". So I'm thinkin' Lil' blue.

You see that's the advantage of calling it a "chopp" - It can be lil blue chopp, not to be confused with Lil blue chopper.

Chopp just means toy in a loose translation, it means "thimble sized toy utensils" in exact translation. It also goes well if you're pleading with it ... please chopp dont give up on me ... or "please moo lets get a chopp moo" as in I am pleading with my wife to get a chopp ...

i drove one with a manual. THAT was a fun car to drive. and i have this insane fear of small cars. my crown vic could get to ym ex's house in southern n carolina not far form charlotte on a quarter tank. the rest got me home with some to spare.
