They're type 2 handlebars.

I'm wondering if you guys would know where I could get these handlebars.  I don't have a debit card right now, so it would have to be a place where I could buy them through paypal.

I'll be doing this after I finish my headlight retrofit.

Looks like you could send them a money order if you don't have a credit card. Alternatively, you could always go get a prepaid Visa.

Cool. Money order would work.  I had a debit card through walmart for a long time, but got rid of it because they were charging me $3 every time I wanted to put money on it, and another $3 every month. Now I'm finding that I need it a lot. lol. Irony.

love the bars. Looks great might get a pair myself ill have to order by money order as well or maybe my roomate will let me use her credit card.

I just took these exact same type 2 handlebars off my bike. I wanted to go with a more relaxed bar with an upright riding position. So if anyone is interested in my type 2 they are available for sale.
Make me an offer. They show some signs of use but overall they are in very good condition. I do have a paypal account so I can accept payment that way or if you are in the Myrtle Beach area they can be picked up.
