Looks great.  Liking that headlight,.....nice!  Got a 'before' picture?  I'm wondering what you started with.
Fork swap looks sweet.  How do you like those mirrors?  I've always wondered if they are worthy.  That's a crazy key you got there too.
Thanks for sharing pics!  :bstar: :bstar: :bstar:

You list  "Headlight: Streetfighter type"
but it's amusing how much it looks like an F headlight. Looks GREAT with that mini-cowl thingie. We'd love to know specifics on that.

Bombsquad83 regarding your project , I am also interested in GT5, I am owner of a Playstation Cafe in wich I have 5 seat donated with G27.

Cbrfxr67, you are right, the cheapest mirrors of Koso (if they are real Koso :dunno_black:) are rubbish because they have white flat glass with plastic arms that swinging all times, but to 10bucks more I will buy another Koso with metal arm and blue wide angle glasses.

To Phil B: I bought the headlight from ebay as Streetfighter but maybe you are right it can be from another type...by the way what is F headlight?
What else do you want to know?

Here is the first day foto when I bought it.

Cool.  Let me know if you have questions.  I'm sure you could implement some of the things I did to make those seats a more fun experience.

Nice job.

I like the brake light. Might get a smoked one for Phenix.

Perfection. Love the colour and style. Did you have to modify the lower fairing much to use it?  It looks perfect.

Very nice work!  Would like some details on the fork install.  What did you have to do to get it done?

That is one sweet ride. Fork swap looks awesome, that headlight looks like one I want for mine, and that belly/chin fairing is pretty awesome looking. Very nice  :thumb:

That's a gorgeous bike. I love the gauge mount you made. It looks like it rolled out of the factory like that.  Just awesome! :thumb:

Thanks to everyone for your kind opinions.
Codajastal, the lower fairing from GPZ500(EX500) need to work a little on it, you can not directly swap it on the GS...you have to cut (I did it with a Dremel) a little, then try it, cut again, again until it fits. Then you have to drill some holes (3 on the right, 3 on the left  is sufficient) and make for them frame mounting brackets.

Paulcet, the front end was from ZXR750 and of course the top and lower trees belongs to zxr too. But the pivot/shaft on the lower clamp of the ZXR was too large to swap it in the steering hub of GS and it will be hard to find suitable bearings for matching the pivot with GS hub. So I decide to pull out the shaft from GS triple tree and put to ZXR triple tree... I note that the hole on the triple trees are same diameter but the lenght of the shafts are different . To pull out you need a place  having a press machine. Before pulling it mesure the leght of the GS shaft from triple tree to bottom then obtrude it on the zxr clamp as this dimention...it seems having  less contact area but, don't worry it is ok because the clamp of ZXR are thiker, it is why the shaft looks grown into. Finally a new metal adapter for midle shaft bolt to top tripple tree hole will finalize steering system.

Hope that I explained clearly...
