Or maybe she wants you to hear jdoorn????

I hope not. She is old enough to be my mother...and she has to weigh close to 350 lbs. Besides, she tries to whisper/low talk.

Just forces me to put in my semi-noise canceling earbuds and turn on some music.

People that walk along the street with earphones in listening to music. Ears help us hear approaching danger, why deny that ability. Besides, it trends to make them not look for turning traffic when crossing side roads.

People that constantly whine about what other people are doing when they should just get on with their own lives and stop posting their annoyances on forums. :flipoff:

No, that was funny.

What about parents who can't or won't control their brats in stores, screaming, demanding, running, etc. And very young kids, particularly girls, who have that high pitched shriek that feels like ice picks being jammed into your eardrums---you have to have heard it to understand what it's like.

i have heard it. and have asked said parents to quiet them down. if at all possible. one refused, her demoness kept shrieking. so i did a bad actor impersonation of it. store employee askes whats wrong. , said, " doing my impression of this demon here, and its parents unwillingness to do anything about it. . something about public  ( deserved) humiliation

People who spit everywhere in public places. What gives you the idea I want to stand in your phlegm?

jestercinti

People who return everything.  They got their use out of it, and pitch a fit when the store asks them why it's being returned.

Here's an idea.  If you don't need it, don't buy it.

Here's one from work, customers that bring back tools that have been used for YEARS, worn them out but want them warrantied so they can get a new one.

It's great when the 'new' one is made in China and not near the quality as the old Made in USA one they thought they would get, or when the # is discontinued and they get nothing.  :flipoff:

Back in the early 70s when I worked at Sears people would buy lawn mowers, use them all summer then bring them back and say they are not satisfied and want their money back. We once had to repo a refrigerator that the guy stopped paying for almost immediately, months later when we went to pick it up it was on it's side in the front yard, the entire interior smeared with dog crap.

Yeah, but unfortunately, destruction of property is an all-too-often seen result of repo/foreclosure. They figure if they can't have it anymore, they may as well trash it so it's no good to the repo/finance company.

People are Filthy McNasty sometimes. I know a guy who owns a rent-to-own store.  Furniture, TVs, etc.  He said that when the repos come back, there are always bugs and fleas.

EDIT:  In addition to the above, people that do EXCESSIVE name dropping.  We are looking for childcare.  This person meets the qualifications, but has to name EVERYONE on our street that they know.  I didn't grow up there...went to high school 300 miles away.  I swear, I live in Mayberry.  I guess growing up in Chicago-Area caused me to enjoy being anonymous.
