Finally moving into a house with a garage!  Well I need to replace my front fork oil seal, so I decided why not just do a whole engine/bike rebuild.  I'm going to repaint the frame and get rid of the rust, and the engine seems to have something that clicks as it rotates.  Sometimes it goes away and sounds good, but I'm going to just take it all apart and clean it up (it's fun too, right?)

What special tools will I need to take it apart?  And what types of solvents will really take any carbon deposits off?  And any other tidbits of info from those who've rebuilt their engines would be great.
