ok guys so i got a few wled-x5 and wled-x6 lights to do the idiot lights and the speedo and tacko

now it turns out that the wled-x6/x5 lights don't fit the newer models idiot light but there do fit the speedo and tacko

so
A. does anyone in AUS have a need for a few WLED-x6 lights
B. what sized LED should i use for the idiot lights and if you have a link even better

You need T-5 LEDs. Then add 2 diodes to the turn signal LED so it still works.

ok thanks i might just skip the blinkers it is still under warrnty so i don't want to go cutting anything but today when i had a look at it there don't seem to be able to pull them out the back like you do with the speedo and tacko

anyclue how you do it?

are there called anything esla i just had a look on superbright leds and could not find t5's

The 24-xhp
I guess in incandescent's they're called T-5's. Smaller than the T-10's. You can shave down the base of a T-10 to fit but better to get the right thing.

The lamps in the newer instrument thingys pull out. Grab the wires with pliers and wiggle them out.
