I'm surprised there aren't more.  I figured this would have be an easy one..  :dunno_black:

I would have thought so too. But I am really surprised by the lack of anything Olympics.

I would have thought the Brits would get it.

Then, the Olympic people are so bittchhy and anal about preserving the "purity" of the olympic word that no one can use it unless they pay a fortune to those money hungry elitist executives of the olympic committee.

Taken at Maccas - who are Sponsors of the games. As has been pointed out the IOC is anal about protecting the Name. So this is a sign Celebrating the olympics...

Next challenge: your bike next to a repaired bit of road - repaired pothole, repaired small section, repaired crack. An entire new bit of road does not count, the repair must be visible within the old road. Eg....

The roads around here crack down the sides and they fill them in with tar.  Hard as shaZam to get off your paint if you run through it before it drys.

If this counts, next challenge, your bike with a 48" pipe wrench.  Figured some crane operator might have one lying around.  If noone can get a 48"  a 36" is okay too.

I would think a plumber might be more likely to have one, of any possible professions  :dunno_black:

Then again, singers have been known to use them as well ??? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9s9vmrJkV8

Damn - I was on Vashon Island today and didn't get to post until now. This where one of the twisties ends and joins back to the main road.

FYI: Today I bought a 10 ride ferry ticket. That makes it $6 round trip as opposed to $9.15. So I guess I'll be riding Vashon a lot the next 90 days before it expires. So anytime anyone wants to go to the island.......

Heck, when you got a ride like that just a few minutes away - why not? Nice ferry ride.... lots of fun riding.... good food.... wineries....  nice ferry ride back to West Seattle. How could a ride be any better?

iclrag

dang, i almost bought one of those! (no idea why, but it was like 60% off) still wanted like $30 for it so i passed, too much to spend when i have no use for it (yet!)

Been almost a week.
How about a challenge we have to RIDE TO?
Not much fun to have a challenge where someone just has to grab some object around their house or shop and set it by their bike.
Challenges should be something that requires riding.
I'm bored.

FFS, will this work to complete the challenge?

Or, a bigger one:

(The challenge didnt specify a real one...)

Ill EDIT this post if it qualifies, with the next challenge.

mister

Vinny, has to be 48" or 36". .A fourteen doesn't cut it. Nor does a picture of one - we ousted pics of items on bike when I tried to put a pic of a girl with a tattoo on my bike instead of a real one. A plastic one is fine, a paper mache one is fine. Any real object is fine. But not an image - unless it said image/photo/drawing/etc.
