Is it wrong that my only real problem with it is the Monster stickers..?

that, and what looks like a poorly painted crack in the engine housing, that goes right across the suzuki cover, and down the size of the circle?

but anyways, whats the story? impound for no license, or what?

Judging by the "hardcore" wire mesh scrape cover under the exhausts, looks like someone was treating her harshly?
One might think it was just for attitude, but the crack in the engine implies differently.

mmmm ... tasty ... mesh 'belly pan" too!! .. what a unique way to collect all the little bits of paper and grassy leafy rubbish on a roadway ... right next to the hot exhaust ...  :icon_eek:

but as a 'look what i saved from the PO imbecility' project ... well.. if it was closer and i had $500 or so .... i'd probably head back to vegas!

Vintage Suzuki GS 425E Café Racer TRADE for?? - $2999 (North of seattle)

I purchased this bike from the original owner who purchased it brand new in 1979. He kept this bike in his garage for over 30 years and only put 3K miles on it. I purchased it a few years back and have added another 1500 miles to it when the sun was out. Right now it has less than 6K on it and is in perfect working condition. It has an electric start & a kick start which adds to the vintage look. There is nothing wrong with the bike mechanically and very little cosmetically. Other than a little where & tear from being 30 years old, this bike is in GREAT condition. Hate to let it go but I have a Harley now. . .

I am willing to trade for something of equal value, send me over your offer and I will let you know!

And clip-ons.

The belly pan is scraped up at the least, possibly cracked.  And I find it hard to believe the only thing wrong with it is bent forks, and a dead battery.  But you never know.  Buy it and part it out!

Buy it for the parts. The belly pan and cowl together are worth $300 secondhand!
