Petty thing of today: People who slow down to ridiculously slow speeds because of a little rain. I had to overtake someone who was going 10mph in a 30 zone. I mean REALLY!! If its safe enough for me to go 30 on a m/bike, its safe enough for you in a car!
Similar happened on a motorway, people driving at 50-60mph when it was perfectly safe to go the 70mph limit. some people
