hey guys, got a strange phenomenon last two nights on both leisurely rides. Noticed two nights ago that when i was stepping on the rear brake or squeezing front brake that all lights would dim and then tonight the rpm gauge was acting up also, instead of climbing up at times it would shoot downwards with the more throttle i gave it, it was freaking me out!

any ideas to shed some light as to what could be going on and thank you in advance.

Check the electrolyte level in the battery. Check the battery voltage. Check the charging system (voltage at 5000 RPM or so.)

You have low voltage, that's a start on figuring out why.

When you hit the brakes you light up your brake light. That is drawing power. If your other lights dim it means there is not enough power available for everything.

So do you also find your headlight brightness changes with revving?

As Dodi said, check your battery levels and voltages.

as soon as i'm off the brakes and give it throttle everything seems normal

Well, until you actually check you won't know, but that would be consistent with battery weak (either bad or low in one or more cells) but charging system OK.
