Hi everyone.  I ordered some mirror extentions from Burkhart Performance in Greensburg, IN. about one month ago on 8/10/12.  The money to pay for them was taken out of my bank account on 8/10/12.  I still have not received them.  I can find no way to contact them by phone or email.  Can someone here please help with this.  I have heard nothing from them regarding my order.  Thanks much for your help.  Ride safe.

If you used Paypal you can dispute a transaction.

How did you find them to order?

The two addresses that are listed in that profile are residences. He might be doing this thing out of his garage!

A LONG time ago (8-10 years maybe?), I bought a pair of mirror extenders from this company (or guy in his garage) for a GSX-R 750.  I remember I received them in record time because I was living in Indiana at the time.

I'd try searching Google, etc and look at Worm's link to try and track him down.  If nothing else, contact PayPal and get some of your money back.

Also found this on another forum: http://www.hayabusa.org/forum/general-bike-related-topics/143253-does-any-one-know-burkhartcycle-com.html. Sounds like stuff happens with them, but invariably they come through with the parts. 

Thanks to everyone for your help.  I tried to call them but got no answer.  I left a message but they have not called me back.  I emailed them but no reply.  They sure got my money fast, but did not send me the mirror extentions.  I don't know what to do now.  Any suggestions?  Ride safe.

Want to make sure they'll come yet this week? Order another same-quality (or better) set from a different site & spring for next day shipping. Never fails for me.    I would surmise this is how the parts whores got started.

Then, post a WTS here for whichever set you don't want...bound to get a better deal than trying to ship back & get a refund. 

I finally got my mirror extentions from Burkhart Performance.  It took about 3 months but I did get them.  I just wanted to let you know.  Ride safe my friends.

That's a long time. Hell, that's an hour from me. I could have walked there, pick em up, and walk to your house in that time.
