d@mit mister! Lol, I just got this one last night when I passed it, did a U-turn to get back to it and then snapped the shot.

Oh well, now to find a U-turn Allowed sign, hmm...
Save a horse, ride a bike!

I almost stopped on the highway for one this morning....

As for the U-Turn allowed sign, none actually state that in words but they have the arrow that lets u know u can.

We have signs that just have arrows without being crossed through, and some with the words "U Turn Permitted" as well as the arrow glyph. Whatever works in your jurisdiction that means a u-turn can be performed is fine.  :thumb:

Here in the uku-turns are basically permitted anywhere unless signs say otherwise. So, would a shot of my gs midway through a U turn on an empty road suffice?

As easy as it is, it's hard to find a safe place to get this pic
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

Pull off on the side of the road, Opposite the sign, stand on footpath and take photo of bike, traffic lanes and then the sign in the background. Pretty safe that way. :thumb:

No matter though, cause if it's not done tomorrow I'll get it and we can move on...

Don't mean to kill the fun, but pulling over at the side of the road inherently increases the risk of a collision, especially if you're focused on getting a picture of a road sign and not watching traffic (who knows what they're looking at). Again, not being a killjoy, but urging all the Twinners to watch their backs when stopped in traffic.

Having said this, I know of a dead-traffic road and might be able to snap this one.

mister

Thanks for the reminder Dan. Each challenge we ride to - be it a street sign, business sign, whatever - has it's own set of inherent risks. As always, if a person thinks they cannot do a challenge with low risk, then do not do it.

Agreed.  Life is full of risks.  Riding a motorcycle in general is risky.  So is driving a car, eating a T-Bone Steak, and leaving the house.

Of course, not leaving the house increases the risk of pale skin, not enough exercise, and your mental well-being.
Bikeless and Broke at the moment...

Paulcet, did you feel like your life was in danger when you took this picture?

Paulcet

LOL
No, I didn't. More worried about dropping off of a low shoulder hidden by the tall grass.
