Hi all!

New to this forum but not to motorcycles. I thought I would join up as I am starting a new project - 1990 GS500. I will start a thread in the Projects section, but I thought I would stop in here and say hi first.

Welcome. You will find this a helpful and generally tame board, though many of us have strange sense of humor.

We only have a few general guidelines here.

1. Pictures

   2. We LOVE pictures

      3. We live for pictures

and always remember.....

Hello again!

I live in Cleveland, OH. I am working on building my Ducati 749 for the track and also the GS500 for just a nice weekend rider.

Progress will be slow as I am very busy, but I'll do my best to keep updates with pictures as they happen.

Will do. I ride Mid-Ohio pretty frequently and sometimes make the trip to Columbus. As of right now, the only street-legal bike is the GS and its my project.

Well actually I have a KLX 250 SF that is my daily. That thing gets like 68 mpg! But only when you keep it at around 60-65 mph. It'll hold 80 but my mileage decreases significantly. Getting to and from school is fine on it, albeit a little boring. I try not to ride it for long highway stints. The seat will eventually become uncomfortable, and its pretty monotonous clipping at 60 trying to save fuel.

But that being said... I am here for the world domination. The motorcycles are just a bonus ;) Yes Ohio is a splendid place to be. I learned to ride in the twisty canyon's of Northern California, but this is still fun.

Welcome.  Like Worm, I am also from Cincinnati (hence 'cinti' in my username).  Ohio world domination is my goal too.  LOTS of Australians here...we are gaining on you, and I'm talking to you QLD people  :thumb:

Pictures, or it didn't happen.  That's the rule here  :nono::
