I am fairly new to the board and have been lurking a while.  Has been greatly helpful in working on my GS.

That said I have recently been sending PM's back and forth between another board member and myself.  My question is...

Why does the PM feature give me the third degree every time I send a message?  Is this standard for every PM or is it because I'm new?  It asks three questions every time.  Also, any question that has an answer with the value of zero (0) tells me that I am wrong every time.

I did try to search but I didn't come up with much.

Until you have more postings (maybe 10?) you go through torture. I believ it is there to prevent spammers from logging on one time then spamming everyone.

Make lots of posts. We prefer pictures so post pictures. The CAT thread is fin if you like cats (or don't)

anyway, more postings. Let us know what happens after post #10.

Yeah, find a cat meme and chuck it in the cat thread  to build up your post count. Make 10 posts and try again.

you got to pass the minimum threshold to send PM's... sorry about that. But we had an idiot that spammed 'goatse' to almost everybody a few years back, took me to take down the server and manually delete all entries in teh PM box.
