Who waves at Scooters and mopeds??

I do-sure there just like me
No way-
Start to wave cuz I can't tell it's a scooter until it's too late

slipperymongoose

I'm with mister I don't give them the time of day all too often they are in an open face helmet and not much else so yeah I hope they fall off and learn their lesson to wear some f%$king gear.
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

SAFE-T

The scooter crowd seems to be more about cheapo transportation between A and B rather than enjoying the freedom of the open road as it was. I wave back if they wave first. One of these days I really want to try a Burgman :)

Shaddow

Mister NSW makes those little scooter riders get a license but they still do everything you mentioned anyway.

Was this an article on Cracked? I think I read the same one. And I do not wave at scooters or trikes.

SNIP........ I think I read the same one. And I do not wave at scooters or trikes.

The vast majority of guys that I've seen on trikes (Harley / Goldwing / whatever) are older riders that could have a hard time physically holding a bike up. There is 1 guy I work with that just bought a brand new Harley trike - he is on the verge of retirement and has been riding some type of two-wheeled motor bike for over 50 years. Just some food for thought.

As far as Can Am Spyders go, I wave at them as well. You just never know if it's some inexperienced rider on one, or maybe a wartime vet that can't ride a 2 wheeled cycle for whatever reason.

It's opener there in the wide open air...

I don't bother anymore. They almost never waive back.

Geez, not much scooter love here...:)

The wife likes them, so we generally have one or 2. Right now a Vino 125 and a PCX125. Had a Burgman 400 in the past.
They're a hoot!!! Just a ton of fun to ride, especially the smaller ones. You can ride the everloving snot out of them and no one notices. :) And get 90-100mpg while you're doing it.

If you haven't been on one try to get a ride, preferably one in the 125-150 range. But only if you're secure in your manhood.  :icon_mrgreen:

I like em -- great utility vehicles at the track. Just, the riders make it pretty clear that we aren't part of the same community. Kind of a bummer. :\

Agreed, my '07 Burgman 400 got ridden today, my '07 GS500F has been gone for over a year....no need to be a math major for that one  :whisper:

And for those that don't get it, If you are "Too Cool" to be seen on a scooter...then you're a Poseur  :woohoo:

Clearly you are not a responsible parent and need to have your children taken away from you and raised by the state in multiple foster homes. I bet you have even smacked your child at some point in time - or worse, talked to her severely. How dare you hurt her feelings.  :flipoff:

Got any of you on the Weestrom  ;)

2 chords, a guitar, a song about a horse in the desert = bucket loads of dollars. Simple works  :thumb:

You are a disgusting man and I hope someone in authority knocks on your door and talks harshly to you. How dare you ride a vstrom with a child in a bike helmet.
I am not interested in anything you have to say
Don't bother talking to me, I will not answer you
