When your rear brake feels like its grabbing getting to a stop and it feels like the bike is still moving untill you get to the exact stop.

Does that mean the rotor is wearing down or the brake pads are going?

You can see the pads inside the caliper and the rotor has a minimum thickness measurement on the rotor itself that you can use to verify how thick it is.

Have you tried bleed the brakes and replace all the old fluid?

I replaced the rear brake and assembly; New fluid bled correctly and the rotor was replaced...

That was close to 10,000 miles ago.

It seems that brake does grab much anymore...like you can press on it but it feels bumpy.

No screeching or metal on metal sounds either.. Just looking at the easyiest signs of wear on the pads versus rotor.

Just my humble opinion, but after 10,000 miles it is time to look at the pads and fluid level.
Is there brake fluid in there?
Pop the plastic capon the caliper and look at the pads.

Quite honestly, after 10,000 miles I would replace the pads again. Also new fluid. And when bleeding, I'd be able to see if the master cylinder was still working.

Great- Ill do that this weekend and I'll check the fluid tonight..

I'm at 10k and my stock pads are shot in the rear. Probably a normal interval if you use the back brake a lot like me.
