Sorry.. I live in ky and I've been watching this site for a while.. Just never had a reason to post..
I've resently bought an 01  gs 500 for 350$.. Key wouldn't open the tank but after some PB blaster I got it open to find a pool or rust colored gas and a rusty tank.. Now I'm just debating buying a used rust free tank or finding someone to coat my tank since I don't have time to try this myself.. Any suggestions or other info would be great

I have one I've been needing to get out of the Bike Cave to make rook for other parts.
There is glue residue from a tank protector - this I can easily clean off.
Clean inside. Just 2 small dings and a few paint chips. Pretty good tank.
Has tank fuel valve installed.
$75 plus postage.

Prices kind of are all over the place $20-$50 (checked ebay sellers of tanks).
