Hi all

I have been doing a valve adjustment on my gs and i need a new shim, 2.40mm
Is there anyone out there with one who would be willing to post it to me?

heres the catch:
Im in New Zealand...

New ones from suzuki are here are $31+gst and its ex japan so i will be waiting a while no matter what.
I was hoping maybe one of the kind folks across the ditch in australia might have one.

I am in papakura, auckland whereabouts are you ?
The local bike shop has some suzuki shims
There is also a guy who advertises on trade me who sells them for $10.00 each but i cannot see him there at the moment
I am happy to ask and post if he has the right size

The GS size = 29.5mm...my gawd! that's a big one!

Yeah i tried trademe, i guess i will keep an eye out on there. Im in hamilton so just down the road a bit!
I tried the local bike wreckers in Ngaruawahia but he didnt have any heads on the shelf. I was thinking maybe my other option is going to an engine shop and seeing if they can skim mine down.

Ok i checked with him he a shim kit and has 235 and 245 but no 240
