I have them all a hug and gave them the day off.
SNOW! when I woke up so all bikes had the day off and even the Ninja250 just sat for the day.
Hoping for a decent weekend for some SERIOUS wrenching.

Oops - sorry - photos or it didn't happen.....

Hmm... Brought it home... :D

Gotta start somewhere.
98 Aztec Orange, F1R Cobra Exhaust, Jetted , Rear Hugger, Stainless Chain Guard, Sonics / Kat600, Fork Brace,
Superbike Bars, Pro Grip, Bar End Mirrors, LED conversion...

slipperymongoose

Greased my fork seals and cleaned and lubed the chain
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

Washed, polished and waxed the GS500 and Bandit.  They look very pretty now. :icon_mrgreen:

Tried to start the GS after 3 months of inactivity in the garage. Flat battery. Purchased a battery maintainer, charged her up and took her for a strap up Mt Glorious this morning. I forget how much fun this bike is in the twisties even with its mushy suspension. Went up and down the mountain 5 times. Would have probably gone another time if I hadn't had go refuel as I hit reserve on the last run.

Did nothing again. Bored with my bikes and no-one to ride with anyway. Need to clean them up and sell them :rstar:
I am not interested in anything you have to say
Don't bother talking to me, I will not answer you

Changed the oil, replaced the exhaust gaskets as needed.

Over winter I've decided I'm going to plasti-dip the wheels black or dark gray. I'm tired of having my chain fling lube all over the white rear wheel.

After sitting in Tranzac for 3 weeks getting the exhaust repaired and before that another week or so after the rain/hail ride and the accident, she needed some serious TLC...

Wash, cut, polish, wax, now almost back to herself... just the scratches on the front guard to touch up and need to replace the left hand guard which is a bit beat up, but almost there:

That 450 cracks me up. Not in a bad way or anything, more of a way people react to a gremlin or studabaker . I really like it, keep up the cool, almost maybe vintage?, riding. We definitely don't see enough of those.
Friendly fire, isn't. But it's the most accurate. Semper Fi

Haha cheers mate... I think...  :icon_lol:

I love ridin' this ol' girl, and along with the 1949 Ducati Cucciolo I'm restoring I'm hoping my next bike will be a Katana of similar '80's vintage to my 450   :thumb:

I was going to do a group ride on Whidby Island, but at 9:00am I couldn't see 200' because of fog so I had to cancel for safety.
Later, it cleared up so I went to Vashon Island with Suzi after going to the West Seattle Farmers Market. Coming home, it seemed I missed the 3:10 and 3:50 ferries because I was at Palouse Winery. Made the 4:50 ferry back home. Suzi was happy to go for a ride. Cold - not even 40* and many back roads were covered in slippery wet leaves. So it was a slow, picturesque ride. No fast riding because of the road conditions. I had  a GREAT day! Such a beautiful place to ride and the ferry ride to and from is so relaxing. Winter rates are $7.35 round trip. Since I live 5 minutes from the ferry terminal - why not?

Pulled 2 GS's apart and cleaned the carbies out and they now run like new, In fact they run so well it scares me lol
I now have a black GS for sale if anyone in Oz is interested.

I replaced the oil pan today after waiting two weeks to get the parts and changed the oil

Short New Year Day ride with friends to Vashon. We hit some back roads. Boy - is Suzi a very dirty girl now. She gets a bath this weekend. All that mud but the rims are still pretty clean. And no- I wasn't wearing JUST adidas warm up pants. They were on over my jeans (adidas, of course) for added warmth. It was about 35* today. The sun was out so it felt a lot warmer.

Abandoned my attempts at trying to get Taarna to run properly with a K&N lunchbox and the stock exhaust. Resumed my fight with the stock airbox and won by unbolting the frame petcock, beating on the airbox, pushing/pulling the wiring harness around, and verbally degrading said airbox until it submitted to me. Maybe now I can get back to riding and finding out how she handles with the R6 shock and rebuilt front end with cartridge emulators.
(Side note, I now have a K&N lunchbox filter, some carburetor jets, and a crankcase breather filter available for sale now. Will post in the B/S/T later.)

Addy, how do cope with not being able to have an adidas helmet? Put adidas stickers on it? :icon_mrgreen:
