Here the Pic from the new Tank for the Orange One:

I have considered making a in frame tank that stretches from front frame to the seat latch. It would require relocating a lot of the electrics.

Servus,

something like this is also done with me, because I need the original tank space for other things. As battery and air filter housing for example, and for the entire electrical system.

Now that's interesting.I have problems in high wind with my lunch box air filter. That would solve some issues.Tuck the filters up.

Servus,

so simple it is again not make the air filter up. You've got no place with the original tank. You have to at the appropriate point cut and weld in a shell.
This is exactly why I immediately built a new tank and assembled elsewhere.

Servus,

OMG Jim. Another masterpiece. And those side engine covers are great. I don't suppose you have any photos of the bike before you put the stickers on and it was just all white?

Thanks. Stickers or clean it looks good. Stickers have more character but clean is good too. Just good work whichever way you look at it.
