I am really thinking combining projects/builds with at least Track & Racing tech.  Posts are somewhat similar in nature, race tech is a fairly quiet forum.  I should be able to merge them into one forum without any loss of posts.

No idea what to call the combined forum either.  Something to indicate projects, technical, repair, upgrades, GS and other bikes

Thoughts?

"Cat Free Zone"
"Bikes & Projects & Cats, Oh My"

All cat topics should be banned too!

Sounds good to me. The racing forum seems to only get a post or two a day, most times. A lot of the topics seem too technical for General, so merging with Projects is as good as it'll get.

+1 on Banzai's proposed name.

I think just keeping it Projects and Builds would work. I mean, I'd hate to lose the cool "Racing" name but that thread consists of people working on their GS projects. Same stuff.

I like Wrenching & Racing. But to keep the idea of the Projects, maybe Projects, Builds, Racing & Tech 

Combining would be good.

Also, thanks for removing half the sea of stickies at the top of the main General board. 

Move the stickies to their own area, like FAQs. They're very useful and could get lost as normal threads. I like having less stickies at the top of the discussion forums. Projects and Track Tech could be combined.

Me personally would like to see a

General Discussion Forum

Accessories and Mods section which could include projects.

A Tech Section that you could include the racing section in.

And maybe a tutorial forum. Too much ha ha ?

I like Wrenching and Racing! Haven't posted in either forum that I can remember so it doesn't really affect me but I can't see why it would really bother anyone.
