Also, remember that weed's bike is lowered too, so his front ergos aren't changed so much by the clip-ons above the topplate... but definately less ground clearance, no question there.

If this is for the track, I'd recommend removing the headlight bracket, for an under tripple mount. The aggressive position works well for track speeds, and it's how I had my race bike setup. A big part of maintaining endurance at track speeds on the GS is getting the upper body down and inside the bike before turn in.

Bandit arm wasnt my idea. I got it from someone else here on the board but for the $10 mine cost, it was worth the wait rather than trying to bend mine and paint it afterwards.

Where is this rear brake arm thread you speak of lol I cannot find it.

Do a search for a Bandit 1200 brake arm on ebay

I would definitely go with the club man bars like motarch suggested. That will give you the aggressive position your looking for with virtually no effort.
I am into buying bikes that people have given up on and fixing them up!

RIP Patrick Lajko, I miss you man.

And do yourself a favor and get some different rear sets. Shifting and using the back brake with the stock sets and clubmans is far from comfortable, mainly the braking.

I have found that going from stock rider pegs to gixxer rear pegs for riders has helped tremendously though
