What is your budget? I ask because most of my forks already have new seals,  ready for oil and springs. I do have 2 parts bikes which have decent forks I haven't rebuilt yet. They WILL need new seals, but would be cheaper. Also note whether you want steel or aluminum fork caps.
I do not have extra Sonic springs. Any forks would have no springs (you add oil and your present springs) or crappy stock springs.
Forks ship easier if empty and compressed. I  prefer not to have oil in them when I ship forks.

this is for a bike for my wife to learn on.i want it safe but not to cost a fortune..hopfully that answers the buget question. a set that has not been rebuilt is not a big deal, and i imagine would be the cheapest. i will just have to swap over the tube, springs, and new seals into my present lowers which are in great shape. quote me a price with shipping to zip 24019. snail mail is fine, still winter here. :)
aluminium caps will be fine also.
thanks.
