Can you please recommend a place that does good job on upgrading seat comfort? I would like them to install gel pads, memory foam, magic foam whatever it takes to make stock seat much more comfortable. I experienced lower back and butt pain on longer rides (100 miles and up).

Ask the guys at Pirate. Very well regarded. You have to send in your old seat so find a spare while its out. Quick turn around and reasonable prices.
