Why are you looking here?

Some kind of special spark plug?
Why are you looking here?

oldmech

One side has an oily connection. Other side is dry......

Cable pass through?

or gas nozzle thingy?

oldmech

the oily looking part is probabley from a little antiseize that was put on the threads. these rarley ever get used in the system they are installed in and if they do you are having a bad day.
like i said it is not a switch, sensor, valve, and now nozzle. but it does have an electical connection.
hint 28 volts dc.

This:

Is part of this but I don't know what part
CE Niehoff 19207 Generator, Engine Accessory 28 Volt 300 Amp - Brad

Is a fuse?
Why are you looking here?

oldmech

no it is not a fuse..but it is an aircraft part, hence the 28 vdc which it operates off of.
if it does get voltage to it..it will only work once.

Thats an inductive proximity sensor Pliskin - you can also get capacitive ones - standard issue for industrial control systems..

OldMech - my guess would be a door opening actuator firing pin?
