So ive gotten the bike running finally but theres one small issue im still a bit perplexed on.  Its randomly weeping small bits of gasoline from the overflow hose under the motor, it seems to be quickening when the bike is taken off the kickstand but then in about 10 seconds of running it stops, doesnt leak at all while running or for an hour or so after the bikes been parked but then it begins again. im assuming a needle is broken in one of the carb floats, but the bike isnt running weird, and it doesnt matter where i turn the needle on my petcock, be it pri reserve or on, it still acts the same. any ideas before i just start tearing it apart and looking? i never had the issue pre bike doing a few rolls in the accident if thats relevant at all.

If the float level is off then the float valve isn't closing all the way and you're getting leakage out the overflow. Or the float valve spring itself could be shot and not allowing the valve to close. Either way it looks like you'll need to open your carbs up and check.

Are you running the bike on prime? There shouldn't be any fuel getting to the carb while the bike isn't running.

Course the moment i make this post i cant get it to recreate... i put another 300 miles on it today and still got no leakage at all, i stoped for 4 hours in between rides and it didnt leak a drop... im having the carbs done for the exhaust and lunchbox next week anyways so hopefully they fix whatever the issues is, regardless, now its no leaking so
