You could very easily make your own with fiber glass. Its a simple process. Just make a mold of the cowl you want, or even do it directly on the seat with wax paper covering everything you dont want the resin on, and then apply the matting and resin and vuala, your done! After a few more coats of each and some grinding and modifications of course.
Well, that or spend $60 and buy a nice one then paint it. Sometimes it is a toss up of your time versus cost. Or educational experience verses $.

The shape of the Balu Racing ones is nice. They slide on the seat from the back. Can be removed if necessary or you can add a screw or two so they never can be removed.

Yeah I am thinking the same - the cost of making it myself will most likly take time and way too much labor so i think i will order the Balu cowl but i noticed that its all in Germany and all the words also - any chance finding it here in USA or Canada?

I didn't realize it was only 60 dollars. Buying the fiber glass mat, resin, brushes, and everything else to make the cowl your self would cost about the same and you could even loose some quality doing it yourself depending on how you make it. In that case just buy the cowl. You could download google chrome and have it translate the whole web page for you.

This is gonna be a weird question, but how would you buy one if you don't have "euro's" or can read German? Lol
