The Two Brothers pipe has some cosmetic damage but most of it is on the back side and hard to see as you can tell by the picture.  There is also a small scuff below the Suzuki sticker on the right side engine cover.

I dont know what hes asking yet,  but how much would you say it is worth and do it seem like a good bike to you.  

It will probably be driven like almost every day for the next two years,  if i would get it,  so i dont want it to break,  but i dont want to spend a lot eitther.

$1,200 if it was in NYC or that's what I pay max. There's a premium on 500 CC bikes at the beginning of the summer, meaning it will get sold real quick. I had my ad out for a week, and I got about 15 inquiries of which 4 guys were just begging to come and see it.   No matter what he says just expect to put in a couple of hundred for miscleanous fixes, it doesn't mean its a bad bike, bike its got years on it, check out the inside of the tank to see if its rusty. A good tune up/cleaning check up would be wise. If the tank is rusty make your own decision on it of course, its a 90-300 dollar fix depending on the route that you go.
